- Step data (via Apple HealthKit, with permission)
- Analytics (via DevToDev)

- To power game features
- To improve user experience
- To manage subscriptions (via RevenueCat)
3. Sharing
We only share with trusted services (Apple, DevToDev, RevenueCat). We do not sell or rent your data.
4. HealthKit
We read your step data with permission. Nothing is stored or shared. You can revoke access anytime.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for app functionality and legal compliance.

StepPals is for users 4 and up. Parental consent is required under 18.
2. Health Disclaimer
- We access step count only via Apple HealthKit
- Use at your own risk; consult a doctor if needed
- StepPals does not guarantee weight loss from using the service
3. Subscriptions
StepPals offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
- StepPals Weekly: $2.99 per week
- StepPals Monthly: $9.99 per month
- StepPals Yearly: $29.99 per year
A 3-day free trial is available once per Apple ID.
Note: Gameplay is limited without an active subscription.
Additional one-time purchase: Revive Pet – $5
4. Refunds
StepPals does not issue refunds, all sales are final.
5. Data
No login required. Game data is stored locally or via iCloud/Game Center.
6. Restrictions
- No tampering, reverse engineering, or abuse
- No unlawful or misleading use
7. IP & Ownership
All content is owned by Ben Leavitt International Inc.
8. Termination
We may revoke access for any misuse or violations.
